The composition of the board consists of influential
community leaders, professionals (attorneys, educators, physicians, accountants,
etc.), parents and staff. The role of GTP board members is to:

as trustees of the agency on behalf of funding sources |

short and long term outcomes |
| establish
policies and general guidelines for operations |

legally accountable for all operations |
| evaluate
the outcomes of the agency operations annually |
